When we first met Debbie we were impressed at how willing she was to work with our crazy schedules and the amount of kindness and patience she has shown us has been truly impressive. As we started to communicate to Debbie what we were looking for in a house, she actually listened, Not only did she listen, it's been like she could read our minds. I say this because of the unfortunate experiences we've had working with other realtors. We've worked with about five different realtors since we've started house shopping. Some of them even recommended by friends, but all have been extremely disappointing....that is until Debbie!
On our first trip out to look at houses I was so impressed. We had decided to bring our dogs with us and make a day of it. After looking at houses we would take them to a park somewhere and introduce them to the new area we were scouting out. What we hadn't realized is that Debbie, being the true professional, wanted us to ride with her so she could better get to know what we wanted and to show us around to the different neighborhoods. Because of the dogs, we ended up following in our car. When we were done with the tour of houses, Debbie drove us all the way out to the best dog park. And she's a cat person.
Debbie has been truly wonderful in helping us with our search for a new home. I'm ever so confident that we will find the perfect place working with her.

In 2006 I was one of roughly 30 townhouses being sold in the town of Ashland, most if not all by the same builder and the exact same style. We had already purchased our new home and the market had just begun to decline. This put a lot of pressure on us to sell quickly without sacrificing our profit. Debbie helped us decide on a price, gave us suggestions on how to make the house more "sell-able" and within 10 days the house was sold. This was much faster than we could have hoped for and there were exact replicas on the market for months longer than ours, both before and after our sale.
Things went so well, we referred her to our neighbor in 2008 and she sold their house in 6 days and is helping them find their new home today.

Words cannot properly express our appreciation to Debbie Chase for helping us find our new home!!! After Debbie helped us prepare our old house to sell, much to our delight, it sold immediately. We then took over a year, with Debbie´s constant help and support, to find our new house. Although very little was coming on in our price range, in the towns in which we were looking, Debbie was in contact with us nearly every day to keep us updated and to keep the process moving forward.
